Dear Partner,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this annual survey conducted by the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies (HMHB) Consortium. This survey aims to collect valuable insights from organizations advancing Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) and Balanced Energy Protein (BEP) dietary supplementation in different countries.

Your responses will contribute to a global understanding of maternal nutrition interventions and help inform evidence-based decision-making, program strengthening, and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders. While UNICEF will collect government-verified data through NutriDash, HMHB will gather complementary insights through this survey, including implementation experiences, reports, grey literature, tools, and other relevant information. HMHB data will be featured and visualized via the HMHB website, including in the World Map of Activities and the continually updated country profiles. All these resources will be made freely and easily accessible to all stakeholders. If certain resources should be subject to conditional sharing, please let us know and we will only make them available when the set conditions have been met.

Instructions for Completing the Survey

  1. Each partner is requested to complete one questionnaire per country where they implement MMS and/or BEP interventions.
  2. If your organization is involved in both MMS and BEP, please respond to both sections accordingly. A skip logic has been incorporated to guide you efficiently through relevant questions.
  3. Please provide as much detail as possible, including relevant links, uploading documents, or additional insights where applicable.
  4. The estimated time to complete the survey is approximately 15 minutes.

We deeply appreciate your contribution to advancing maternal nutrition worldwide. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Thank you for your valuable input!
