Although Syria only delivers Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programmes (TSFP), it continues to operate under humanitarian modalities with limited detail on initiation dates. The type of BEP supplement used is Large-Quantity Lipid-based Nutrient Supplement (LQ-LNS), which is delivered throught health facilities or mobile teams. Individual targeting is based on a MUAC cut-off of 23 cm and the supplement is provided up to 6 months postpartum.
